The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms. This doesn't mean you can't enjoy this space with large groups, it just means you need to respect the neighbors and quiet hours.

This house was perfect for our family/friend spring break trip! The house was beautifully updated with plenty of space for everyone. The pool and putting green were the highlights for the kids. The view was beautiful from the openness of the bar/dining areas. The property is in a nice neighborhood and centrally located. It exceeded all expectations!
