Although this property is perfect for entertaining, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party and Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines and the removal of this listing from the various platforms. This doesn't mean you can't enjoy this space with large groups, it just means you need to respect the neighbors and quiet hours.

Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

We had an amazing time at Night Glow! My family and my brother’s family (4 adults/4 kids) had a blast and loved the house. Heated pool was perfect for a sunny week in December and the backyard putting green was a big hit. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook a lot of meals at home, a big plus when traveling with toddlers/babies. Location was very convenient to Cave Creek and Carefree and walking distance to a YMCA.

Absolutely wonderful place… it felt like I was the first person to ever use, super clean (showroom) perfect facilities to relax and really feel at home…my daughters didn’t want to leave or me either!! I will miss the pool swim everyday.

We had an amazing stay at your home and would definitely stay there again. The house was very clean, well stocked and the pool was great. Location is amazing to Cave Creek, Carefree and Scottsdale. The house allows for two families to have lots of room and not be crowded at all. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. Our only minor items we would mention is not having regular cable TV in the living room was a bit of a downer and a king bed in the second bedroom would be awesome. Very minor things overall.

What a great experience we had. The owners and Taylor had everything set up for our family so thoughtfully and we didn’t lack for anything. There was everything from toddler spoons to a high chair and spices in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was very nice. It was such a peaceful environment and the backyard was WOWZA! We had the pool heated and there were plenty of toys and floats and other outdoor entertainment for the entire family. We are already planning our return visit!
